Our story

La nostra storia

Founded in 2019, we are an international team of engineering and business students based out of Ancona, Italy. Upon experiencing first hand the "spot monopoly" present in universities, we set out to solve the problem with an application and NFC based solution. After the COVID-19 pandemic, however, we realized that EasyDesk would also be the perfect solution for universities wanting to manage their spaces. Today, we are working on integrating our system into various institutions, helping them solve the two problems shown above.

Fondato nel 2019, siamo un team internazionale di studenti di ingegneria e business con sede ad Ancona, in Italia. Dopo aver sperimentato in prima persona il "monopolio dei posti" presente nelle università, abbiamo deciso di risolvere il problema con un'applicazione e una soluzione basata sull'NFC. Durante la pandemia dovuta al Covid-19, tuttavia, ci siamo resi conto che EasyDesk sarebbe stata la soluzione perfetta anche per le istituzioni che desiderano gestire i propri spazi. Oggi stiamo lavorando per integrare il nostro sistema nelle istituzioni, aiutandole a risolvere i due problemi sopra indicati.

Our Mission

La nostra missione

Our mission at EasyDesk is to provide guaranteed and beneficial study and work experiences to both university students and patrons of public places, such as co-working centers, gyms, and libraries. Using our application, students enjoy the ability to plan study sessions ahead of time without the stress of having to find a spot. Businesses, meanwhile, can use EasyDesk to efficiently organize meetings and work sessions without the potential for conflict or confusion. EasyDesk’s aim is to make the logistics behind study and work easier, simpler and more efficient for all.
